GDCCFI is a sole professional governmental agency, in charge of handling complaints from Foreign Investment Enterprises( FIEs) in Guangdong Province. Functions: Organize and coordinate fairs concerned with FIEs'compliant in Guandong ProvinceExpedite serious complaint cases ourselves;In accordance to the laws and regulations, organize, conciliate and coordinate all aspects concerned, as well as provide guide and help to them in solving the problem;Conduct statistic and analysis of the casesReport our work and serious complaint, to other governmental departments of higher levers regularly, such as thus bettering the soft investment environment.

Administrative Affairs Division:
Accept and hear the cases complaining the governmental departments;Being responsible for the routine affairs of the office, including the statistic, analysis and filing of cases.
Economic Affairs Division:
Accept and hear the economic disputes and mediate them among the parties concerned.Providing the parties concerned with guide and help to the disputes, which are hardly to be solved.
